With numerous industrial areas and a huge number of Amazon customers, Oklahoma has always been a preference for Amazon to build new facilities.
You can find all types of Amazon warehouses in Oklahoma including fulfillment centers, delivery stations, and sortation centers. However, it’s not easy to spot an Amazon facility in your neighborhood as the company builds them in rural areas and vacant sites.

Compared to other states, Oklahoma isn’t particularly populous. Amazon built or leased its facilities in the most populated counties such as Oklahoma and Tulsa. Here are the necessary details about the directions of the counties:
- Oklahoma County: Located in central Oklahoma, it’s the state’s most populous county and includes Oklahoma City. As of now, the county has 7 active Amazon warehouses.
- Tulsa County: Northeast Oklahoma houses the city of Tulsa which has 4 Amazon warehouses.
- Garfield County: Situated in north-central Oklahoma, there’s only one Amazon facility in Garfield.
- Delaware County: In the Delaware County of northeast Oklahoma, only one Amazon warehouse is located for Flex drivers.
A Detailed Discussion of Amazon Warehouses in Oklahoma
Now, Let’s dive deep to explore the details of the most notable warehouses in different counties of Oklahoma. I’ll cover the necessary details including location, distance, work environment, and wages.
- Amazon Fulfillment Center, Oklahoma County – OKC1
Address: 9201 S Portland Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159, United States
With the OKC1 fulfillment center, Amazon opened its first and largest facility in Oklahoma near the Will Rogers World Airport. The 2.6-million-square-foot warehouse started with 1,750 employees in different positions ranging from warehouse associates to drivers.
On average, workers can make around $16 from their regular shifts. Although it’s one of the best-paying jobs in Oklahoma, the work can be difficult and stressful sometimes. Moreover, customers and drivers don’t always get their shipments in time.
For Oklahoma City residents, it’s the closest warehouse from downtown, at only a 15-minute distance.
- Amazon Fulfillment Center, Tulsa County – TUL2
Address: 4040 N 125th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74116, United States
Another notable massive Amazon warehouse is located in Tulsa operating as a shipping center across the state. The 2.6-million-square-foot facility is 4-storied.
About 28 million products are stored in the warehouse and 450,000 packages are shipped from the facility every day. The minimum hourly pay rate starts at $15 for full-time employees.
According to the reviews, the work environment and additional benefit packages offered for the employees are pretty good. However, the delivery services are poor as items are often delivered late or to the wrong address. From Tulsa downtown, the warehouse is only 16 minutes away.
- Amazon Delivery Station, Oklahoma County – DOK3
Address: 6101 SW 44th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73179, United States
In 2020, Amazon opened a new delivery station in Oklahoma City. Unlike fulfillment centers, delivery station workers don’t pick up or pack orders.
Within the DOK3 delivery station, employees receive orders from fulfillment or sortation facilities, process them, and deliver the items to the doorsteps of the customers.
The 300,000-square-foot DOK3 facility is one of the largest and most technologically advanced warehouses in the state.
It has automated machines and robots to handle heavy work while the regular workers focus on delivery efficiency. If you want to get to the DOK3 facility, take a traffic-free route from downtown to reach there in 13 minutes.
- Amazon Fulfillment Center, Delaware County – XJO1
Address: 1717 S Broadway St, Grove, OK 74344, United States
XJO1 is the only fulfillment center in Delaware County. Located near Grove Civic Center and Grove Springs Park, the warehouse harbors more than 500 workers. Employees can work full- or part-time with flexible schedules.
In peak seasons, the company also hires seasonal workers and Flex drivers. The minimum hourly rate starts at $15 which increases depending on the position of the employee. You can also earn extra during night shifts and peak seasons.
Common items stored and shipped from the warehouse include household products, patios, furniture, pet food, outdoor equipment, etc.
According to the reviews, the work environment and delivery services of the XJO1 warehouse are great. The warehouse is only 2-3 miles away from the city downtown.
- Amazon Flex Warehouse, Garfield County – XWI5
Address: 1201 Sooner Trend Rd, Enid, OK 73701, United States
For Amazon’s delivery network in Oklahoma, the XWI5 warehouse serves as a distribution center. It provides a convenient location for drivers to collect packages and complete deliveries within a 45-mile radius of the city.
Amazon Flex workers are independent contractors rather than traditional employees of the company. If you’re a worker in the warehouse, you can choose your hours and schedules.
However, Amazon doesn’t offer its usual benefit packages for these drivers including health insurance or paid time off. Flex drivers typically earn more than regular warehouse workers with pay rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour.
Final Words
Amazon continues to expand its business in Oklahoma and several new warehouses will open soon in different cities of the state. The company offers great benefit packages for both FBA sellers and warehouse associates.
However, the environment inside the warehouses is often busy and stressful. If you’re interested in getting a job there, you must be physically fit. Check your local newspaper and job sources for Amazon warehouse vacancies.
