The very first thing we do is get the information we need from our clients on what kind of business they are looking to build. This includes if they have a category preference or if they have a certain budget allocated for this new venture. 

You must keep in mind that when thinking about the budget for starting your FBA business you need to keep half of your entire budget for buying inventory and another half for advertising and other incidental expenses. Here at Zonhack we usually ask our clients to start with 2 / 3/ 5 products to get their private label brand going. 

We have been in this industry to learn what is best for our clients and that often means we may not agree on some of the suggestions you might have about the very business we are helping you to build but we’ll have a detailed explanation justifying each of our moves.

Account Setup &

Business formation

If you are living outside of USA then you should form a US-based LLC and EIN before opening up an Amazon seller account. We can help you with that no matter which country of the world you are from. The process of opening an Amazon seller account can be a bit confusing. We can help you with that process as well. 

Apart from Amazon seller account we can also help you setup Walmart, Ebay, Wish, Etsy & Facebooks Marketplace seller accounts.

International shipping can be a nightmare and expensive if you do not have the right connections and information. LISTING

PREPARATION

When you are planning to build a proper business on Amazon you can not compromise on the listing quality. That means you need to prepare highly optimized product Title, Bullet Points and Enhanced Brand Content. Additionally, you need to  have stunning listing images.

Amazon allows you to upload 7 images per product. The perfect combination is 3 white background images, 2 lifestyle images and 2 infographic images. It’s a bonus if you can add a product video. Even a simple unboxing video will work really well. Before launch, you need to compile a list of keywords for your products. There is two reasons for that. One – you need to make sure that all relevant keywords are embedded within your listing texts and also in the backend. Two – you will plan your advertising and marketing efforts based on the targeted keywords. 

Ideally, there will be 3 types of keywords, main keywords, secondary keywords and long-tailed keywords.

LAUNCH &

ADVERTISING

After your products arrive at amazon we will start the launch sequence and this includes both on-Amazon off-Amazon marketing efforts.

When our primary target is to improve organic rank through a launch, we run Amazon Sponsored Products ppc ads targeting the keywords we are planning to rank. If the goal is the generate as many sales as we can then part from targeting keywords we also run competitor product targeted ads as well. 

Recently video advertising has been performing really well in terms of conversion and ACoS. We always encourage clients to invest in creating simple videos of their products which can be used for ads.

To achieve a successful launch we often combine Amazon PPC with off amazon advertising such as Facebook ads and Google ads.
