4. Amazon Fulfillment Center, Dupage County- MDW9

If you travel about 33 miles northeast of Chicago, you will reach this fulfillment center. It is just 10 minutes away from Amazon Distribution Center HCH3. This warehouse receives some of the larger orders from this distribution center.

So, it was recently renovated. They installed new fire alarms, machines, and EM lights. There are mixed reviews about this place. Overall, some customers are happy with the delivery times and employee behavior. But delivery men are not pleased with the authorities here.

5. Amazon Delivery Station, Madison County- DLI4

This delivery station is in the southwest part of Edwardsville. You need to travel about 12 miles northeast from downtown St. Louis, Missouri to get here. 

It was hit hard by a tornado in 2021. The tornado destroyed about 138 meters of the warehouse. Sadly, six employees lost their lives as they could not evacuate in time. The station remained closed for two years and reopened in 2023 after safety measures were put in place. 

6. Amazon Fulfillment Center, Madison County- STL4

Amazon built this 800,000 square foot Fulfillment Center in Edwardsville city. It is just an 8-minute drive from Southern Illinois University and 13 minutes from downtown Edwardsville.

During the holidays, about 50,000 medium-sized parcels are processed and packaged here. This Fulfillment Center used to receive great reviews from both employees and customers. However, over the past 6 months, people have complained about:
