This one walks each task as the interface behaves now, with the exact menu path, and covers the two situations people genuinely panic about: a purchase that has disappeared, and one they urgently need to stop.<\/p>\n<h2>How to hide an order on Amazon<\/h2>\n<p>Hiding (Amazon calls it archiving) pulls a purchase out of your default list. Know the exact item and it surfaces every single purchase of it, which helps enormously with consumables you reorder.<\/p>\n<h2>How to print or download an Amazon invoice<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Account and Lists<\/strong>, then <strong>Orders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Locate the order and click <strong>Invoice<\/strong> on the right, under the order ID.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Print this page for your records<\/strong>, or <strong>Request invoice<\/strong> where a seller-issued invoice applies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Invoice link on the orders page\" src=\"https:\/\/zonhack.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Your-Account-Google-Chrome-1_13_2022-3_36_11-PM-2-3.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Print to PDF from your browser dialog to keep a copy. Business buyers needing formal VAT or tax paperwork should know these come from the merchant rather than Amazon on marketplace purchases, and I&#8217;d say Amazon Business accounts handle the whole thing far more cleanly than personal ones.<\/p>\n<h2>Can you cancel an Amazon order after it ships?<\/h2>\n<p>No. Once dispatch begins, the cancel button disappears, and the merchant cannot recall the parcel either. Your only route is a return for refund after delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Before dispatch you usually get a window. Often roughly 30 minutes on fast-moving fulfillment, considerably longer on items not yet processed. Without it, assume the cancellation did not complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the button has already gone, two practical moves remain. <strong>Refuse the delivery<\/strong> if you can intercept the courier, which often triggers an automatic return. Or <strong>accept it and send it back<\/strong> through Your Orders once it lands. FBA returns run smoothly in my experience. Silence breeds A-to-Z claims, and claims damage your Order Defect Rate.
