Amazon Account Management Services: 9 Companies, How to Choose

Best Amazon Account Management Services: Top Providers, Key Features, and What You Need to Know
Table of Contents

A disclosure before anything else, because it changes how you should read this page. ZonHack is
an Amazon agency. We sell account management, so we are not going to pretend to be neutral about a
service we provide.

What this page offers instead is a short list of providers described only from their own websites, and
the evaluation framework we would use if we were the ones hiring, written out honestly. Amazon account management services vary enormously in scope, pricing model, and
competence, and the differences that matter are mostly invisible in a sales call. If you read this
and then hire somebody else, the page has still done its job.

We took the previous version of this page down because it ranked agencies with pricing and user
ratings we could not substantiate. That was not a defensible thing to publish about other people’s
businesses.

What Amazon account management services actually cover

The phrase is used loosely, which is the first problem. Ask any two agencies what is included and you
will get two different answers. In practice the work splits into six areas.

Listings and content. Titles, bullets, backend keywords, images, A+ Content. Our guide to
A+ Content sizes covers the production side.

Advertising. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and increasingly DSP.
Frequently the largest line item and the easiest to measure.

Inventory and supply. Restock planning, storage fee management, removal decisions, and inbound
shipment compliance.

Account health. Policy violations, listing suppressions, performance metrics, appeals. Boring
until it is the only thing that matters. If a listing or account is already down, our guide to writing an Amazon plan of action covers the appeal itself.

Brand protection. Brand Registry, counterfeit and hijacker enforcement, unauthorized sellers.

Reporting. Whether you actually find out what happened and why.

Very few providers do all six well. I’d rather have an agency that is excellent at the two things
your account is failing at than one that claims all six. Claiming full coverage is easy. Delivering it
is not.

Amazon account management companies worth shortlisting

The searches that bring people here often want names, so here are nine providers that offer full Amazon account management. Every description comes from the provider’s own website, checked in October 2026. No pricing or ratings appear, because none of these firms publishes standard pricing and we will not invent it. Use the list to build a shortlist, then run the twelve questions below on each.

Company Best fit Verified from its own website
ZonHack Brands wanting ads, listings and account health run by one team Amazon Ads partner and SPN Verified Partner; free initial audit and call
Canopy Management Established brands wanting a high-touch service Amazon Ads Preferred Partner; account management, PPC, DSP, SEO, Walmart, Chewy
Seller Interactive Sellers who also need account problems handled Full account management, suspension appeals and reinstatement; says 1,300+ brands
My Amazon Guy Owners who want to understand the work “Full-service Amazon growth agency”; large free education library
Trivium Group Brands wanting a tailored full-service plan Account management, PPC, DSP, creative, TikTok Shop
Emplicit Brands selling on Amazon and TikTok Shop Account health, inventory and listing management; says 450+ brands
AMZ Pathfinder Brands whose growth is led by advertising Full account management alongside PPC, DSP and audits
SalesDuo Brands wanting AI-assisted operations Full-service agency with its own AI tool, “Ethan”
Incrementum Digital Mid-market and enterprise brands on several marketplaces Brand management and seller operations across Amazon and retail media

How to read this list. It is a starting point, not a ranking. Fit decides more than reputation: a premium agency built for large brands can underserve a small seller, and the reverse is just as true. I’d shortlist two or three, ask each for findings on your own account, and judge them on that. Our comparisons of Amazon advertising agencies and Amazon SEO agencies cover specialists if you only need one function.

The four pricing models, and what each one distorts

This matters more than the headline number, because each model quietly pushes the agency toward a
particular behavior.

Flat monthly retainer. Predictable for you. The distortion is that effort tends to drift toward
the largest accounts once the fee is fixed.

Percentage of revenue. Aligns the agency with growth. The distortion is that it rewards top-line
sales rather than profit, and an agency paid on revenue has little reason to care that your ad spend
doubled to get there.

Percentage of ad spend. Common for advertising-only engagements. This is the model I would
scrutinize hardest
, because it pays the agency more when it spends more of your money. It can work
with a strong efficiency target attached, and it is a poor idea without one.

Hourly or project. Honest for defined work like a listing overhaul or an appeal. Unsuited to
ongoing management, where the value is in continuous attention.

Hybrid retainer plus performance is the most common structure for serious engagements, and it is
usually the fairest. The question to ask is what the performance component is measured against,
because “growth” measured on revenue and “growth” measured on contribution margin produce very
different agency behavior.

On numbers: we are not going to publish a price range for other agencies, because we cannot verify
it and the previous version of this page did exactly that. Ask each provider directly, in writing,
and compare the scope alongside the fee rather than the fee alone.

The questions that actually separate providers

Twelve questions, and I’d ask all of them before signing anything.

  1. Who specifically works on my account, and what else are they working on? The answer
distinguishes a named specialist from a shared pool.
  2. What happens in the first 30 days? A provider without a specific answer has no process.
  3. Can I speak to a current client in my category, and one who left? The second half of that
question is the one that produces revealing silences.
  4. What do you not do? Anyone who says “everything” is either lying or spread thin.
  5. Who owns the ad account, the Brand Registry, and the creative assets? Get this in writing. It
is the single most common source of painful separations.
  6. What is the notice period, and what happens to my data and campaigns at the end?
  7. How is performance measured, and against what baseline? Vague baselines let any outcome look
    like success.
  8. What is your experience with account health issues in my category? Gated and regulated
    categories behave differently.
  9. Do you use any tactic Amazon would consider a policy violation? Ask plainly. Review
solicitation, ranking manipulation, and multiple-account arrangements are all routes to
    suspension, and our guide to
    appealing an Amazon policy violation
    covers the aftermath.
  10. Are you an Amazon Ads partner or an SPN verified partner? Verifiable in Amazon’s own
    Ads partner directory and
Service Provider Network, and it establishes a baseline of
legitimacy rather than excellence. ZonHack holds both.
  11. What reporting will I receive, how often, and can I see a real example? A redacted real report
    beats a template.
  12. What would make you turn down this engagement? The best answers here are the most honest.

Red flags worth walking away from

Five, in rough order of seriousness.

Guaranteed rankings or guaranteed revenue. Nobody controls Amazon’s ranking. A guarantee is
either meaningless or it implies manipulation.

Vagueness about who does the work. If you cannot get a name and a role, you are buying a queue.

Refusal to provide references, or only curated ones. Understandable in part, evasive when total.

Ownership of your assets sitting with the agency. Brand Registry, ad accounts, and creative should
be yours throughout. This is not negotiable and it is regularly conceded by sellers who did not think
about it.

Published pricing or ratings for competitors that cannot be checked. Which, to be blunt, is what
this page used to do. If a provider is casual with other people’s facts, I’d assume they will be
casual with yours.

Do you need an agency at all?

An honest question for an agency to raise, and worth raising because the answer is often no.

Under roughly 10 SKUs and modest revenue, most of the work is doable in-house with good guides and
some discipline. The cost of an agency at that scale is rarely recovered.

When one function is clearly broken and the rest is fine, hire for that function rather than for
full management. A listing overhaul, a PPC restructure, or an appeal is a project, not a retainer.

When the constraint is your own time rather than expertise, a virtual assistant or a specialist
contractor is frequently better value than an agency.

Full management earns its cost when the account is complex enough that nobody internally can hold
all of it
, which in my view starts somewhere around several hundred SKUs, multiple
marketplaces, or a regulated category.

One thing to settle before the first call

Write down what “working” looks like, numerically, before you speak to anyone.

Not “grow sales”. Something checkable: contribution margin above a stated threshold, advertising cost
of sale below a figure you have chosen, account health with zero unresolved violations, restock
coverage of 60 days without stockouts. Three or four numbers is plenty.

Two reasons this matters. It converts a vague engagement into one you can judge after 90 days. And it
exposes providers who cannot work to a number, which I’d treat as a warning on its own. I’d send that list with the initial inquiry and treat the quality of the reply as the first
data point.

Where we fit, stated plainly

ZonHack provides Amazon account management
covering the six areas above, and we are an Amazon Ads partner and an Amazon SPN Verified Partner,
with 10,000+ listings optimized. Engagements start with a free initial audit and call, and if you
prefer, our one-time account audit gives you the
findings and a roadmap before committing to management. We also do narrower work where that is what an account needs, including
listing optimization,
reimbursement recovery, and
pre-shipment inspection.

Whether that suits you depends on the answers to the twelve questions above, and I’d ask them of us
as readily as of anyone else. If your account needs one fix rather than ongoing management, the honest
recommendation is to buy the fix.

FAQ

What are the best Amazon account management companies?

It depends on fit rather than reputation. Providers offering full Amazon account management include ZonHack, Canopy Management, Seller Interactive, My Amazon Guy, Trivium Group, Emplicit, AMZ Pathfinder, SalesDuo and Incrementum Digital. Shortlist two or three that match your size and needs, then compare them on findings for your own account.

What do Amazon account management services include?

Typically six areas: listings and content, advertising, inventory and supply planning, account health
and appeals, brand protection, and reporting. Scope varies enormously between providers, so compare
what is actually included rather than comparing headline fees.

How much do Amazon account management services cost?

Providers price by flat retainer, percentage of revenue, percentage of ad spend, hourly or project
work, or a hybrid of retainer plus performance. Ask each provider directly in writing, because
published ranges for third-party agencies are rarely verifiable and scope differences make headline
fees misleading.

What pricing model is best for an Amazon agency?

A hybrid retainer plus performance is usually fairest, provided the performance component is measured
against something meaningful like contribution margin rather than revenue. Percentage of ad spend
deserves the most scrutiny, because it pays the agency more for spending more of your money.

What are the warning signs of a bad Amazon agency?

Guaranteed rankings or revenue, vagueness about who does the work, refusal to provide any references,
agency ownership of your Brand Registry or ad accounts, and publishing claims about competitors that
cannot be verified.

Do I need an Amazon account management agency?

Often not. Under roughly ten SKUs, most work is manageable in-house. When one function is broken,
hire for that function rather than full management. Full management earns its cost when an account is
complex enough that nobody internally can hold all of it.

Should the agency or the seller own the Brand Registry and ad account?

The seller, always, and it should be in writing before you start. Agency ownership of Brand Registry,
advertising accounts, or creative assets is the most common source of damaging separations.

Last updated: October 3, 2026. Disclosure: ZonHack is an Amazon agency that sells account management
services, so this page is written by an interested party and should be read as such. An earlier
version of this page ranked named third-party agencies with pricing and user ratings we could not
substantiate; that content was removed. The provider list now on this page describes each company only
from its own website, checked in October 2026, with no pricing or ratings, and no company paid to be
included.
