For this list, I’ve only included the large Amazon facilities that are officially known as warehouses. You won’t see any lockers or small hubs here as these are self-service centers with little to no appointed employees.

1. Amazon Fulfillment Center, Clark County – LAS1

Address: 12300 Bermuda Road, Henderson, Nevada 89044, United States 

In 2021, Amazon opened its largest facility in Nevada, the LAS1 fulfillment center. The massive facility covers an 855,000-square-foot area where it houses more than 1,500 employees. From the LAS1 warehouse, Amazon delivery packages are processed and delivered in the entire North Las Vegas area. 

On average, a typical worker in the warehouse makes $16 per hour. It’s one of the very few Amazon facilities with robot assistants to help in packaging and sortation.

As it’s the largest warehouse in Nevada, it’s also the busiest. Hence, you’ll often see drivers and workers saying it takes hours to get the job done in this stressful environment.

2. Amazon Fulfillment Center, Washoe County – RNO4

Address: 8000 N Virginia St, Reno, NV 89506, United States 

Technically, the RNO4 is the oldest Amazon warehouse in Nevada, but it was relocated to North Reno in 2015. The fulfillment center is a 630,000-square-foot building with high-tech automated machines. It has 600 full-time workers employed at an average hourly rate of $16.12.

In this fulfillment center, larger products such as furniture, kayaks, large TVs, etc., are stored, packaged, and shipped. The target is to deliver within 1 week of order in the entire Reno city.

3. Amazon Distribution Center, Clark County – DLV4

Address: 11500 Bermuda Rd, Henderson, NV 89052, United States 

Located in the West Henderson Desert, the DLV4 warehouse is a 650,000-square-foot building. From this facility in Bermuda Road, packages are distributed all over Clark County based on their zip codes.

Most employees in the DLV4 distribution center are warehouse associates and delivery drivers. The pay range here is a little higher than other warehouses, averaging $17.60. According to the reviews, the crew is very friendly, and the place is also easy to navigate.

4. Amazon Sortation Center, Clark County – LAS5

Address: 4410 Nexus Wy, Las Vegas, NV 89115, United States 

There are very few Amazon sortation centers in Nevada and the LAS5 warehouse is the most notable of them all. Located in the industrial hub of the state, the sortation center stands on a 248,000-square-foot area. As the facility is smaller than a regular fulfillment center, it has only a few hundred workers. 

However, the LAS5 is one of the best-rated warehouses in Nevada. Drivers reported that the loading and clearance process is way faster here compared to most other warehouses. 

Employees working inside the warehouse also praised the organized team, good salary, and helpful work environment. The salary range different types of warehouse will be $15 to $21.

5. Amazon Delivery Station, Washoe County – XLDS HRN1

Address: 1316 Capital Blvd, Reno, NV 89502, United States

By XLDS, Amazon marks the warehouses where extra-large products are handled. The HRN1 covers a 145,602-square-foot area with only a few hundred full-time employees. Packages are carried here from the nearest fulfillment center. 

After further sortation and processing, the delivery associates drop them at the customer’s doorstep. Here, the average salary is around $18 per hour for regular employees. 

Unfortunately, the reviews for this comparatively new warehouse aren’t great. Drivers have to wait for hours and deal with unprofessional workers while loading their orders.

As of now, Nevada is the most demanding location for big companies like Amazon. The company opened 11 new warehouses in the state in 2021 alone. Most of these warehouses are in Las Vegas.
