On January 4th Amazon announced their launch of Amazon Marketing Cloud. This article talks about what it is and how you can use it to grow your Amazon business.
It’s important to note – this is a new feature and it is still in beta and only available to sellers that got invited into it. It seems like sellers with a minimum of $5M yearly revenue got invited into this new program by Amazon.
What is this new feature?
Amazon realized that they need to rebuild their advertising ecosystem to match Google’s and Facebook’s (and even Tiktok/LinkedIn) superior advertising tools for brand owners and advertisers.
That is why they are bringing in 3 new features via the Amazon marketing cloud:
- Brand Metrics
- Amazon Attributes
- Retargeting
